Villa Irena is located at the entrance to Kosljun, on the island of Pag. It is located on a private plot of 6 ha, and you are situated in peace, without many neighbours, but also without the crowds on the beach, when you decide to swim in the sea. The beach is 70 meters from the house and is used only by guests located in our two homes, House Irena and Villa Irena. About 500 meters from the house is a small shop for necessary supplies. Pets are allowed with prior notice. We do not accept reservations for groups consisting of young people only.

The property has three bedrooms. Each room at the villa has its private bathroom, air-conditioned and wi-fi is available. The kitchen and living room are located together in an area of ​​approximately 35m2. The kitchen is fully equipped so you will find a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.

In the air-conditioned living room, there is a cosy sofa and armchair with TV, where you can choose from a wide variety of programs (satellite TV). In the hallway, there is a separate toilet.
On the terrace, which is approximately 180 m2 in size, guests have access to various facilities for a comfortable stay and relaxation. There is a wide range of Swim Spa pool available. Thanks to its powerful controlled counter current, it is suitable for swimmers of different swimming abilities and styles. Also, kids can have a good time swimming in the pool. Besides, you can enjoy the massage system of the pool, which consists of a total of 21 jets, 6 of which are counter-current and 15 water jets. In addition to the pool, you have an outdoor shower as a must for enjoying the pool.
The swimming pool also has a sunbathing area where you have the opportunity to be in the covered as well as the uncovered part.

The barbecue is located in a small tavern, with a sink and an outdoor fridge. About 25 m2 is covered with a solid canopy under which the main outdoor table is located so you can enjoy in all conditions. Also, you have a small seating area for afternoon coffee or cocktails.
